We ship to the contiguous United States and shipments are sent out within 1-3 days of your order.


It is not uncommon for us to ship overseas but we have no control over rates. We charge 20USD per shipment and 5USD for each item.

For all orders shipping to AK, HI, PR, and other U.S. territories, shipping is a flat fee of $30. Our system does not recognize these specific locations, so please reach out to us to and we will make this happen.

Wooden Nature

Please know that wood is an organic element and no two pieces are alike. There are imperfections in the wood, as is their nature. It is our nature to give you the best quality we can.

Order Changes

We have all sent something to the wrong address. If you already placed an order and need to update the shipping address, reach out to us. We’ll do our best to correct it.  If you need to make a return, you will need to pay for return shipping based on the size, weight, and dimensions of the package.

Return Policy

At zooModern we care about your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return your item(s) within 30 days of the sale date for a refund of your purchase price (less shipping and any applied discounts.)

Our policy lasts 30 days, if 30 days has passed since your purchase, we’re sorry, but we can’t accept this item as a return, refund, or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, the returned item(s) must be in new, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all instructions intact.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please forward your sales confirmation email to hello@zoomodern and request a refund or exchange. Exchange: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when received.

We highly recommend that you send your package in a manner that is trackable such as UPS or USPS with Delivery Confirmation to ensure receipt of your return or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and will not be held responsible for returned items lost in transit. You can use the original box the item was shipped in, if possible. Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely.
